Q. I've forgotten my login code. What do i do?
A. You can sms 0412 678 179 stating your name, institution and student number or email us at enquiries@comtext.com.au

Q. How long will delivery take?
A. Usually within three days

Q. I'm not a student at a uni or a partner institution. Can I still get a discount?
A. We're sorry, but no. Discounts are limited to our partner institutions as listed on the drop-down menu.

Q. What is my discount level?
A. These vary across institutions as different publishers give different discounts. It really depends on where you are studying and what books are prescribed.

Q. I'm a Uni student and i don't know who my Uni Rep is. How do I find out?
A. email us at enquiries@comtext.com.au and we'll email you the name and mobile number of your rep. We'll also send you your discount code.

Q. What happens if you don't receive a delivery?
A. You must contact us on enquiries@comtext.com.au or 02 94397527 as soon as you think your order has been lost or undelivered for any reason. We will do our best to locate your order as as we only use courier or Express post, it is most likely your order will be found. If your order cannot be traced, we will organise a full refund.

Q. What is our refund/exchange policy
A. We will refund or exchange within 14 days of order if the book or books are in pristine condition. If the books are damaged or altered in any way, a refund cannot be given.

Q. What if we can't fill your order?
A. All books that are on the Comtext site are available. If anything happens we suddnly can't fill your order, we will alert you by email or text message. Any money will be refunded immediately.

Q. What do we do with your personal information?
A. We do not share any of our customer information. If paying by phone, your credit-card information is destroyed once your order is complete. Your name, address and order details are kept in case an order is undelivered or lost.
